These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Sara Ribera Photography and our clients. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & deposits

A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due before the wedding date as specified in your contract.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within a specified period before the wedding, a percentage of the total fee may still be payable.

Copyright & usage

Sara Ribera Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal use licence for their wedding photographs, including sharing online and printing for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written permission.

Liability

While every care is taken to capture your wedding day, Sara Ribera Photography cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, extreme weather or restricted venue access.
